At Twentyseven Toronto, we want you to love your beauty ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and opened cosmetics are final sale.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label or send your package to our Toronto studio using a trackable mail service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
