We offer standard and express shipping across Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is provided via email once your package departs our Toronto studio.

Are your beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, at Twentyseven Toronto, we prioritize ethical beauty. We curate a selection of products that are 100% cruelty-free and often feature vegan and organic ingredients.

What is your return policy for skincare and makeup?

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, we can no longer make modifications.

Do you offer in-store pickup in Toronto?

Yes! Local customers can select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our boutique.
